Job description

Rapidly growing roofing company looking for an energetic & upbeat candidate with customer service experience. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in customer service and/or as a call center representative. This person will be our customers first impression and we ensure with proper training, it will be a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships with potential customers
Engage with customers
Guide customers through the financing process
Answer any questions and dispel any concerns that could prevent the completion of a purchase
Answer any incoming calls & email and direct them to the appropriate department
Delegate and set incoming appointments for sales team
Track all incoming leads and set appointments
