Each year, LMCU’s Roots in Education Grant program awards twenty-five (25) $1,000 grants to teachers across Michigan and Florida who have had a positive impact on their students and school community. This year, we are celebrating educators who are empowering.

Tell us how the teacher you’re nominating goes above and beyond to empower their students, such as encouraging students to make their own decisions, equipping them to take ownership of their education, or building their self-confidence and self-expression and they could receive one of the 25, $1,000 grants. Attached to this email is a social media guide and social media graphics for you to use to help promote this program.
